Terms and conditions
Version: 17 October 2026 · The German version is legally binding; this translation is for orientation.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all licences for software (“plugins”) of TLBX – Stefan Joachim (hereinafter “TLBX”) purchased via adx.tlbx.cloud or via the Adobe platform. Deviating terms of the customer do not apply. The German version of these terms is legally binding; this translation is for orientation.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the plugins is not a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the customer completes the purchase at checkout (Stripe) or on the Adobe platform and TLBX sends the licence key by e-mail.
3. Service
TLBX provides the plugin as a download and a licence key. The customer installs it himself; a guide is available on adx.tlbx.cloud. System requirements are stated on the respective product page. During the term the customer receives all updates of the licensed plugin.
4. Right of use
The customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the plugin for the term of the licence on the computers he uses himself. The licence is tied to the e-mail address given at purchase. Not permitted are passing on the key, renting, circumventing the licence check and reverse engineering, unless permitted by law.
5. Trial version
Without a licence key the plugin runs in trial mode with the scope stated on the product page. The trial mode is free of charge, unlimited in time and without warranty.
6. Term, renewal, cancellation
The annual licence runs for twelve months from the first activation of the key. When purchased via adx.tlbx.cloud it renews for twelve months at a time unless the customer cancels by the end of the term in the customer area or by e-mail. When purchased via the Adobe platform, renewal is governed by the terms there. After the licence expires, the plugin falls back to trial mode; images already exported are not affected.
7. Prices and payment
The prices on adx.tlbx.cloud at the time of purchase apply. Prices are stated net; for consumers the VAT of their country is shown at checkout. Payment by the payment methods offered at checkout (Stripe). The invoice is issued electronically.
8. Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal notice. It expires when the customer expressly agrees that TLBX begins delivering the licence key before the end of the withdrawal period and confirms his knowledge that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
9. Warranty and liability
The statutory warranty rights apply. TLBX is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damage to life, body and health. In cases of slight negligence TLBX is liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. The customer is responsible for backing up his own data (catalog, images).
10. Data protection
Information on the processing of personal data is given in the privacy notice on adx.tlbx.cloud.
11. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Towards consumers this applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of their state of residence. For merchants the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of TLBX. Should a provision be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains in effect.
